Care for older adults, arranged with patience
Tell us what is hard right now. We listen, then we arrange the help and stay with it.

Who we are
St. Bagoush Foundation helps older adults and the families caring for them. One phone call or one form is enough to start. A coordinator listens, writes down what you need, arranges it with a trusted local partner, and calls you back to make sure the help really arrived.
How we help
The things older adults ask us for most often.
Help at home
Home care and homemaker visits arranged through vetted agencies: bathing and dressing help, light housekeeping, laundry and safety checks around the house.
Rides to appointments
Door-to-door rides to doctors, dentists, dialysis and pharmacies, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles and transit passes.
Groceries and meals
Weekly grocery support, delivered meals and household basics through neighbourhood pantries and partner shops.
Paperwork and benefits letters
A steady hand with rental paperwork, utility assistance forms, benefit renewals and letters from agencies.
Three simple steps
1. You tell us
Call us or fill in the short form. You do not need papers, and nothing has to be perfect.
2. We arrange it
A coordinator finds the right partner — a driver, a food pantry, a clinic, a caregiver agency.
3. We check back
We call you again to be sure the help arrived, and we try again if it did not.
Would you rather talk to a person?
Call us and leave a message with your name and number. A coordinator calls you back in English or Spanish during office hours.
