How we help

Senior care coordination — practical, everyday help arranged with trusted partners. If what you need is not on this list, ask anyway.

  • Help at home

Home care and homemaker visits arranged through vetted agencies: bathing and dressing help, light housekeeping, laundry and safety checks around the house.

  • Rides to appointments

Door-to-door rides to doctors, dentists, dialysis and pharmacies, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles and transit passes.

  • Groceries and meals

Weekly grocery support, delivered meals and household basics through neighbourhood pantries and partner shops.

  • Paperwork and benefits letters

A steady hand with rental paperwork, utility assistance forms, benefit renewals and letters from agencies.

  • Health appointments and interpreters

Help booking medical, dental and vision appointments, and arranging an interpreter so nothing is lost in translation.

  • Insurance and coverage questions

We write down what coverage you already have and help you ask your plan or clinic the right questions. We do not sell insurance.

  • Support for family caregivers

Relief for the person doing the caring: respite arrangements, local support groups and someone to talk it through with.

  • Friendly check-in calls

A regular call from the same volunteer, for anyone living alone who would like one.

Not sure which one you need?

That is fine. Describe what is happening and we will work it out with you.
